Step 1: Complete the Handpiece Repair Request Form: Print a copy for your records and also enclose a copy with your shipment.
Step 2: Print the Pre-Paid Mailing Label: Securely attach the label to the box to be shipped.
Step 3: Mail: Send the package to us, your job is done! Let us handle the rest. We will repair your handpieces and ship back to you for free.
